J: I'm sorry mama. I'm sorry I break your heart.
M: I just think sometimes maybe you don't like mommy.
J: I do! I love mommy. Just not your talking.

The boy's dear friend Lulu gave him this baby doll, which he has not let out of his site since.

For those wondering, daddy jasper (the name he gave himself this morning) informed us last night that the baby was a girl, and her name is Alicia.

Where he got that name? I'm clueless.
But Alicia is well-loved, and welcome.

that he's interested in "knitting yarns" (his term).

I had to find the most non-pokey needles I had (size 17!) added some friendly worsted weight and VOILÁ!

Though in the interest of FULL disclosure, his technique needs a LITTLE polish...

On our way to the store. Didn't even make it out of the neighborhood.

This ear infection/allergy/cold thing he's had has really wiped him out. At least the fever broke (Saturday night) so there is that.

Notice the iPad... He is his mother's son.

The boy has an ear infection. His first.
