giant baby

so - at my 36 week appointment, the doctor says "well this is a BIG baby"

um you must know that he said this AS he is checking my cervix... nice

so he decides he wants to know how big this boy is - 37 week appointment will now include a sonogram specifically to measure the baby.

fast forward to 37 week appointment -

8 LBS +/- 1 LB

huh? what happened here? I am 2 weeks away from my due date - nay my C-Section date - and my child is already 8 LBS?

zack and i have decided to come up with bumper stickers that say "my newborn can kick your newborn's ass"
